It's hands down the coolest dance fitness program ever created. The atmosphere is unlike anything you will ever experience anywhere else! The music and routines are always changing and you never get bored.
The number and variety of classes offered gives me flexibility on how many and which classes I can take everyday. Love the instructors and the songs they play. Dance trance rocks on all counts!!!
I hate the gym but it's a necessary evil. Dance Trance was an alternative to the gym and it allowed me to continue the dance training I hadn't used since high school.The instructors are so charismatic and high energy that pushing yourself to your own personal limits comes naturally! I have never had such a rewarding workout! I finally look forward to working out! Instead of dreading going to the gym and making excuses as to why I can't go, I now find myself making time to go to Dance Trance. It has changed how I feel about fitness and the personal gains I've already made will make me a fan for life! I love Dance Trance!
