If you are looking for a new and exciting workout you have found it! Wyndie and Ashleigh Meyer opened this location after being members of our Dance Trance Birmingham studio. They found the class so exciting they just had to bring all this enthusiasm to Hunstville-Madison! Dance Trance Fitness was created in 1986 by Jay & Beth Handline. Presently, Dance Trance locations are rapidly popping up around the globe via our Dance Trance License and Certification program. Jay & Beth presently teach Dance Trance classes at the Jacksonville, Florida location. Their program is unique because all studios share and maintain the same choreography. This keeps the music and combinations fresh and alive at each studio. At all locations each class is packed and full of energy because of the variety and music selection this tight network offers. Membership: $60 per month or Walk-in Dance: $10 per session.
Class Passes: $35 for 5 sessions.

Awesome Dance Trance Session just for kids ages 7-15. Monday and Wednesday 4:30pm til 5:30pm. ALSO $10 from each member goes to the childs PTA at thier school!!! Tell all your friends.
Dance Trance (DT) - These choreographed dance sessions, led by experienced instructors, are high impact, aerobic fast paced, and especially fun. Any member may attend as many sessions as they wish. They are offered at least twice per day and the more you come the more fun for all.
Dance Trance Break Down (DTBD) – This is a slower more instructional class that breaks down the moves of the higher impact classes for those who feel they need a bit more time to get the steps. DTBD is currently offered three times a week (See Schedule). If you are interested, ask for more information.
Group Classes –
Additional session can be added if 20+ Dance Trance members collectively request a session. These are great if Dance Trance members also belong to additional social clubs that would like to have closed sessions to dance together such as church groups, youth groups, etc.
Parties –
$80.00 for up to 10 guests, you can have an instructor / hosted party with tables provided and clean-up and private use for 30 minutes of party and 45 minutes of dancing. Additional guests for $7.00 a person.
We are open for all types of parties:
Birthday (child / youth parties as well)
Bachelor / Bachelorette
Vendor Party (Tuperware, Pampered Chef, etc.)
We can provide assistance if you wish. Options include:
Food – Pizza, cakes, cookies, drinks, balloons

Dance Trance is sooooooo much FUN! I love to dance, always have, so when I can combine something I love to do (Dance) with something that is good for me (Cardio), it couldn't get much better!!!
The number and variety of classes offered gives me flexibility on how many and which classes I can take everyday. Love the instructors and the songs they play. Dance trance rocks on all counts!!!
