Our kids program is a great fitness experience for boys and girls. Our classes run year round and are not dependent on semester quarters. Our kids program is made up of fun choreographed routines with an emphasis on movement and having a good time. We do not have recitals or contracts!

This program is a little different than our PREP class that runs on a regular basis throughout the year. PACE is a course that is progressive and includes more information on choreography, dance technique, musicology, nutrition, strength training and flexibility. This course starts out at a very slow comfortable pace and then progresses to a faster pace during the quarter. This program is now open at our San Marco location and will run at on Mon and Wed 7-8 PM and Sundays 6-7 PM. This is a great way to get moving for the new year!!

We offer free trial class to our beginner’s program only. Other programs have drop in rates. Students that purchases packages also get a free Sunday class so they can practice what they’ve learned.

I have been attending DT Jax for just one week and have already lost two pounds! My sister in law has been in the Orlando class for almost a year, and, at 42, she looks as good as she did in college. She's been raving about the class since she started, calling it her "crack cocaine." After my best friend also became addicted, I thought I had to give it a try...even though I am completely uncoordinated. The class is the most fun I have ever had exercising. I burn over 500 calories in every class, and it doesn't even feel like a workout.
I first learned about Dance Trance through a Groupon that was offered online, so I decided to check it out. It was absolutely amazing. I go at least twice a week (often 3-4 times) and it's the best "exercise" I do. I'm very fit and work out a lot, and DT crushes me! It's heart-racing, sweat-inducing, community-building fun, all set to the music I love to listen to. My fellow classmates are friends and I absolutely love going to classes!
