I don't like working out at them gym, but I needed to get back into shape. I have been a dancer my whole life and this came naturally and is fun! The people are super friendly and there is a very casual laid back atmosphere. It's all about fun!

Before I started Dance Trance, my weight was at it's highest at over 200 pounds. I knew I needed to do something about it and better my health all around, but I did not want the same old boring gym routine.My experience at Dance Trance has totally rocked! I have lost over 60 pounds since taking my very first Dance Trance class over two years ago. I love Dance Trance because when I'm working out, I am also having fun doing it! Dance Trance always keeps it exciting with fresh new dance routines as well as adding classes like Boot Camp, Flexx-It and Guns N Buns to the schedule. Keeps me coming back for more

I used to be a cheerleader and I was always in shape. I put on quite a bit of weight since college and I had been looking for some way to get the pounds off. I tried the gym, walking with friends, and at home tapes. I quickly became bored with all of these options. I must admit that before my first class i was a little nervous. How hard was it going to be, was it going to be fun, was I going to feel out of place? From the moment I walked in the door I felt right at home. There was a welcoming face at the door, and on the dance floor. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful. I have attended several classes and every class has been an action packed, fun filled hour. I have even done 2 classes back to back because I love it so much. I now love working out, I have accepted dance trance as a long term work out program to continue reaching my fitness goals. I feel more confident! What can I say, I'm a junkie for Dance Trance!
