It is a fun and energetic way to exercise. There are all types of music and so many different songs that it never gets boring. You get a great workout while jamming it out on the dance floor!
Love DT. Nothing is as exciting as Dance Trance. You get lost in the music and feel you can accomplish anything! You're energized and feel alive. When home have attended Sarasota DT for the last 7 years. Right now in Greensboro,NC dancing at the Winston-Salem YMCA b/c job has me traveling to different states.
A lot of fun, I like everyone I've met in class, and the instructors are great! It has given me a way to enjoy exercise and increase my self confidence and esteem with losing some weight and gaining flexibility. And of course learning the latest dance moves and feeling sexy is great too!
