    CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

    (Beg – Inter) —————— BEGINNER’S PREP 101 CLASS
    This is a slower paced instructional class that goes over 2 routines in one hour. We stay on the same routines all week so you get a chance to learn them and repeat. This is a great class for all first time students and first class is FREE!!

    Special Discount Beginner’s Package includes both PREP classes PLUS Dance Trance on Sundays at 5 PM so you can practice what you learned! This quarter runs February 6th and end April 3rd. Rate is $150 for 60 Day program. Click Here to purchase now.


    (Inter) —————— DANCE TRANCE BREAKDOWN (DTBD)

    Break Down is a faster instructional class where we go through 4-5 routines in one hour.  We encourage all students those that want to “know them all”, to try DTBD. This class is great for students that still want instruction but can move at a faster pace than our PREP class.


    (Inter- Adv ) ——————DANCE TRANCE (DT)
    Fast-paced, high cardio, non-stop dance fitness classes that are like no other!  Combine heart thumping music, cool choreography, and a sound/light system together and you get fitness with an attitude! Open to all levels.

     

     
    STUDENT INFORMATION:                  
    What do I wear?
    Students wear dance pants, tees, and anything they feel comfortable dancing in. You can also find really cool dance wear in our Shop. Gym or aerobic shoes are required for Dance Trance and Boot Camp Classes. Jazz shoes do not have enough support. The smoother the sole, the better for turning purposes. Running shoes are not recommended for this class due to the heavy side movement and turning. Ballet students may wear ballet slippers or go barefoot.
    New to Dance Trance?
    If you are a new student we suggest you try our Break Down (inter) or PACE (beg) program first. These classes cover the same routines we are doing in Dance Trance but give you some instruction on how to do them. If you have previous dance experience, try the break down class first. Break down covers 4-5 routines in one hour. PACE class covers 1 routine over a 1 week period and increases this number as the semester progresses. Dance Trance class does not have any instruction on how to do the routines, it is just a high cardio, “follow the instructor” experience.
