    Class Descriptions:

    DANCE TRANCE (DT)
    Fast-paced, high cardio, non-stop dance fitness classes that are like no other!  Combine heart thumping music, cool choreography, and a sound/light system together and you get fitness with an attitude! Open to all levels.


    DANCE TRANCE BREAKDOWN (DTBD)
    Classes take the same DT routines, but each routine is presented in a slower format.  We encourage people new to DT or those that want to “know them all”, to try DTBD. This class is great for beginner’s that want to learn our routines.

     
    STUDENT INFORMATION:                  
    What do I wear?
    Students wear dance pants, tees, and anything they feel comfortable dancing in. You can also find really cool dance wear in our Shop. Gym or aerobic shoes are required for Dance Trance and Boot Camp Classes. Jazz shoes do not have enough support. The smoother the sole, the better for turning purposes. Running shoes are not recommended for this class due to the heavy side movement and turning. Ballet students may wear ballet slippers or go barefoot.
                   
    New to Dance Trance?
    If you are a new student we suggest you try our Break Down (inter) or PACE (beg) program first. These classes cover the same routines we are doing in Dance Trance but give you some instruction on how to do them. If you have previous dance experience, try the break down class first. Break down covers 4-5 routines in one hour. PACE class covers 1 routine over a 1 week period and increases this number as the semester progresses. Dance Trance class does not have any instruction on how to do the routines, it is just a high cardio, “follow the instructor” experience.
