We have self check in for all of our classes. We ask that our regular students make sure and do this before attending class. You can sign in months ahead of time if there are classes that you know you will want to attend. If paying per class, you will have a credit if you sign in but don’t attend, so it’s a fail safe system.

Self Check in saves time and gets you in the door much faster. This way our staff can pay attention to new students and purchases. There are also several shifts where we may not have desk staff available and only the Ipad will be visible at the desk for self-check-in. We will need you to self-check in for these to make sure all students are registered.
TO SIGN IN: Download the Dance Trance app on your smart phone. If you don’t have one you can also sign up online via our website at dancetrancejax.com. Just click on “live schedule” button and then “sign in” beside the class name.

Thanks for your help with this! It makes it really easy when everybody is signed in prior to class. If you forget, etc.. you can also use the “add me” feature on the I pad at the front desk. To run charges or pay for a class, just follow the directions.
