I hate the gym but it's a necessary evil. Dance Trance was an alternative to the gym and it allowed me to continue the dance training I hadn't used since high school.The instructors are so charismatic and high energy that pushing yourself to your own personal limits comes naturally! I have never had such a rewarding workout! I finally look forward to working out! Instead of dreading going to the gym and making excuses as to why I can't go, I now find myself making time to go to Dance Trance.
