A lot of fun, I like everyone I've met in class, and the instructors are great! It has given me a way to enjoy exercise and increase my self confidence and esteem with losing some weight and gaining flexibility. And of course learning the latest dance moves and feeling sexy is great too!
I've been in Dance Trance for about 10 years. I find the class very interesting and I love the cool outfits all the students wear. I can now rightfully say "Yes! I can shake my booty!"
If you can imagine a workout that is POWERFUL and SATISFYING- think moves as smooth as chocolate, think music as hip as your favorite martini, and think fun as an afternoon dip in the pool...You've got Dance Trance!!! ♥
