REWIND (Sunday, September 13th from 2-4pm) “Rewind” is a 2-hour “mega-class” where we breakdown and review all the routines that we’ve taught the previous month. An instructor will slowly explain the detailed steps to four or five complete songs. This class will help you master the steps and burn extra calories. Click here to sign up!
Motivating the District to move since 2012 and energizing the nation since 1993, Dance Trance DC fuses the spice of a nightclub with the spirit of a health club. More than 5,000 Washingtonians have joined in the fun since Dance Trance arrived in DC two summers ago. At every class in its Thomas Circle location, experienced teachers lead the group in choreographed dance moves set to Top 40 hits. A fitness program first, a dance class second, Dance Trance helps students burn calories, tone muscles and build endurance all while learning edgy moves that they can bust out on any dance floor. No prior dance experience is needed: newcomers can follow along, picking up the steps as they go and having a blast from the start.
