Dance Trance Breakdown (DTBD)
This is the class where we introduce our newest routines to the rotation! Students get step-by-step breakdown of 3 – 4 routines in each class. Learn the new choreography at a slower pace AND get a great work-out! Beginner’s are welcome and encouraged to try this class.
DT MIX Breakdown & High-Cardio Class (DT MIX)
This class is for those students who want it all!! DT MIX classes are a mix of fast-paced breakdown of up to 3 routines at the beginning of class, then high-cardio back-to-back routines for the remainder of class. The breakdown format for this class is to go through a routine, break it down and then repeat. You will work up a sweat in this class, but it is instructional. The routines taught in this class are the same routines we do in our regular Dance Trance class.
Dance Trance High Cardio (DT)
Dance Trance is a loud, non-stop, high-energy, high-cardio dance experience giving you a great workout. DT is a fast paced with slightly technical dance combinations. This Dance Trance class does not include instruction and/or break down. This is your JAM class! All levels are welcome but new students are encouraged to try Break Down class first.
