What is it?
P.A.C.E. is  our new beginner’s dance fitness course that starts out with just one routine and instruction about dance combinations. By the end of the semester,  you will be doing more than you realize and will start seeing changes in your physique! Warning: Dance Trance is addictive. This workout is so much fun you won’t even know you are exercising.  Repeating cardio songs back to back is how you get in shape, tone and get fit. This is where it begins!
