Very energizing, fun and I leave with a smile on my face every time.
Dance Trance is the best dance fitness workout I've ever found! I hate all other forms of cardio, and I hope Dance Trance is around forever:)
I first learned about Dance Trance through a Groupon that was offered online, so I decided to check it out. It was absolutely amazing. I go at least twice a week (often 3-4 times) and it's the best "exercise" I do. I'm very fit and work out a lot, and DT crushes me! It's heart-racing, sweat-inducing, community-building fun, all set to the music I love to listen to. My fellow classmates are friends and I absolutely love going to classes!
