It's exhilarating! I have so much fun; I forget I am working out.
I've attended other group workouts and couldn't wait for the class to end. This is pretty much the only workout where I'm disappointed when the class has to end.

I started working out when i was fifteen, I was so used to the regular aerobic classes and the step. I found out about D.T. in my local gym and with no dance background ,at the age of 36 ,decided to give it a try.
Dance Trance was the perfect fit for me because it gave me something to call my own, and it carried me through so many hard times, the latest of which is empty nest syndrome! D.T. has truely been a blessing!

I used to be a cheerleader and I was always in shape. I put on quite a bit of weight since college and I had been looking for some way to get the pounds off. I tried the gym, walking with friends, and at home tapes. I quickly became bored with all of these options. I must admit that before my first class i was a little nervous. How hard was it going to be, was it going to be fun, was I going to feel out of place? From the moment I walked in the door I felt right at home. There was a welcoming face at the door, and on the dance floor. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful. I have attended several classes and every class has been an action packed, fun filled hour. I have even done 2 classes back to back because I love it so much. I now love working out, I have accepted dance trance as a long term work out program to continue reaching my fitness goals. I feel more confident! What can I say, I'm a junkie for Dance Trance!
