    Washington, D.C. – Dance Trance Fitness has taken Washington, D.C. by storm since its opening one year ago – captivating over 1,500 young professional men and women with its fun nightclub-like dance moves, community atmosphere and innovative fitness program.

    Dance Trance Fitness, Washington, D.C. (DTDC) is a dance fitness program where members dance choreographed routines to current music.  DTDC was established one year ago by Sarah Spear Sands, a former tax attorney and lobbyist on Capitol Hill.

    The Grand Opening is scheduled for Tuesday, June 25th. Free community classes are being offered Sunday, May 19th from 11am-1pm and Sunday, May 26th from 11am-1pm.

    More Groove Tour Hotel Spots Opening, W Hotel is Sold Out

    We have so many students headed down to the Groove Tour in New Orleans that we have sold out the spots in our first hotel, the W Hotel French Quarter. We are now booking on the same street and trying to get all students in the square within walking distance of all events and parties.
